It is generally advisable to involve a legal departments early in the negotiation process of outsourcing deals and to have that legal entity periodically assess the legal risks inherent to these deals.

Preferably legal advisors should have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements.

At SHOREO, we are used to work closely with legal advisors in the domain of international ITO and BPO transactions, from whom we can solicit expertise in all aspects of outsourcing settlements
