Who we are

Delivery management > Relationship management

In essence, Project managers and Service managers act as facilitators and serve as a reminder to supplier of clients’ expectations. They are responsible for developing and nurturing the client-supplier relationship and helping it evolve.

These roles are generally handed over to the supplier’s representatives who thus manage a one-to-one relationship with the client. In such situation, opportunities for value creation and innovation are hampered both by contractual frameworks and the supplier’s bounded rationality.

In the context of service globalization, value does not stem from isolated relationships. At SHOREO, we believe in a new value creation space: a space centered on value co-creation, developed through purposeful interactions between the client’s stakeholders and a network of suppliers.

Practically, SHOREO encourages clients and suppliers to build specific interaction patterns involving transparency and access to information, productive dialogue, and more important, an ongoing assessment of systemic risks.
